Moisturise your skin: Massage a few drops daily onto legs, arms, elbows, and cuticles to soothe dry skin, relieve dermatitis, and eczema.

Protect your skin from UV Rays: Coconut oil has a SPF 6 sun protection factor.

Pre-shave: Massage onto skin before shaving to prep skin. Great for sensitive skin.

After-shave: coconut oil will help soothe your skin and lock in moisture after showering.

Baby moisturiser: use before or after bathing, to moisturise, relieve diaper rash, cradle cap, and eczema.

Prevent stretch marks: massage daily during pregnancy to prevent stretch marks from forming.

Nipples: Massage daily between feedings to nourish cracked or dry nipples.

Protect your hair from damage: Apply to ends of hair before or after shampooing to reduce moisture loss.

Tame frizzy ends and flyaway hair: apply to mid-lengths & ends of hair.
